Standard Delivery usually 3-4 working days. Excluding weekends & Bank Holidays. Most parcels using the Standard Delivery service are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked, which does not require a signature on delivery, you will receive a Tracking Reference via SMS direct from Royal Mail

Priority Delivery For orders required within 1-2 working days (Usually delivered within 2 working days), excluding Week-ends & Bank Holidays you should use the Priority Delivery Service at only £5.95.

Store Pick Up This is available from our WORKINGTON store only. Parcels should be available for collection within 48 hours of order, you will be e-mailed when it is ready for collection. Please do not try to collect before receiving e-mail to avoid disappointment. For security reasons please bring with you your e-mail confirmation plus proof of I.D & address, goods will not be released without these.



Most items are in stock and available for same day dispatch (subject to stock availability) for orders placed on-line before 2.00pm we will aim to dispatch via Royal Mail tracked (subject to location & weight of parcel),and you will be e-mailed later in the day with a Tracking Reference, you will receive a tex via SMS from Royal Mail when your parcel is ready for delivery

Next Day Delivery Next day delivery service is only available by calling 01900 606209 and placing your order on-line after checking stock availability (with prior authorisation from one of our sales staff) before 2:00pm.

Guaranteed Mainland Next Day Delivery is £9.95 for Monday-Thursday (Subject to change dependant on weight of parcel).This will be dispatched via Royal Mail Special delivery , and you will be updated later in the day with a Tracking Reference.


Telesales If you wish to place your order via our Telesales team please have the following to hand to speed up the ordering process, SKU Code, brief Description of items, delivery address (does not need to be home address) with correct post-code, e-mail address and your card details, we will sort out the rest


Overseas Delivery - Europe Our site can now process orders to most European countries, delivery is currently charged at £15.95 per parcel - Up to a maximum weight of 2kg, larger parcels will be subject to re-calculation of postal charges based on Courier pricing

Overseas Delivery - Rest of World Our site can now process orders to most Rest of the World Countries, delivery is currently charged at £24.95 per parcel - Up to a maximum weight of 2KG, larger parcels will be subject to re-calculation of postal charges based on Courier pricing.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (subject to stock availability) from the day after you place your order, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays. Delivery schedules are based on shipping to UK mainland addresses.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR ALL ROYAL MAIL ORDERS NOT RECEIVED WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS: If you find you have not received your items within 5 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office and see if they are holding the package for you. We receive in the region of 20 returns per month claiming the item was not called for. Basically this means that they couldn't put the item through your letterbox or leave the item with you and returned it to the local sorting office where it is held for 7 days and then returned to us. If a postman forgets to put a card through your door, you will NOT receive your item, so please contact them in the first instance to see if they are holding your package. Although Royal Mail 1st Class Service is 92% next day delivery, we are not responsible for delays in their network, so please bear this in mind and allow plenty of time before contacting us. Officially Royal Mail won't class a package lost unless 14 working days have gone by, but we will always do our best to help you.

Cancelling an order after payment We are unable to cancel an order after payment has been received. operates with a very quick turn around so we can get your order processed, picked, packed and dispatched on the same day where possible. This speedy process ensures that 99.7% of our orders are received on time and without incident. After payment has been submitted we are unable to cancel, alter, add or remove items from your order. If you have submitted an order and no longer want the costume you can refuse delivery, or send the unopened costume back to our dispatch centre where you will be entitled to a refund
